I gave it 2 stars because the food that actually showed up was fine, but my order still wasn’t right. I asked for no pickles and got them anyway, and one of my sides was missing too. This isn’t the first time it’s happened with an online order, which is frustrating. It’s annoying when you get home and realize stuff’s wrong. I just hope they start double-checking orders better.

There were a lot of choices on the menu, which I really liked. I don’t know, it just felt like there was something for whatever mood you’re in. Definitely a good kind of variety.

I stopped in for lunch and was relieved by how clean everything was. The tables were wiped down, the floor wasn’t sticky, and even the washroom looked like it was being looked after. It was busy, but the staff still seemed to stay on top of things. Made the whole meal feel a lot nicer.

Service was a bit slow today, just slower than usual. Not a huge deal, but it did take a while

The food from Mary Brown’s was fine, no big complaints there. But the service kind of ruined it for me. The person at the counter barely even looked at me and acted annoyed when I asked a simple question. I get that places get busy and people have off days, but it just didn’t feel very welcoming. I wish I had read some reviews first so I knew what to expect. Not the worst experience ever, but I probably wouldn’t rush back.

I ordered from Mary Brown’s and was really pleased with how hot everything still was. The chicken was crispy and fresh, and the fries were warm instead of soggy, which I really appreciated. Even after the drive home, it still tasted like it had just been made. I was satisfied with the whole order and would definitely get it again.

I still order from them sometimes, so it’s not like I’ve written them off. I just don’t go as often as I used to. A few more regular deals or better-priced combo options would make a big difference.

The chicken was hot, crispy, and not dry at all, which makes a big difference. The taters were really tasty too. It’s one of my favorite fast food meals because it actually feels like they care about serving people food that’s done right.
